I've finished recently the latest entry on the Devil May Cry franchise, DMC5! -- which is also known as "DmC" (dude, I hate when they name remakes that way).
There's been kind of a strong fan backlash on this one, but I really liked it!
My only problem with it is that it is far too easy! I played it through on hard in less than a week! And I'm not that kind of hardcore gamer that play stuff on hard all the time, I like to go normal and, if I see you can toggle to hard in the middle of the game, I go hard mode until it becomes impossible, then I go back to normal again... or even easy, like I did with Mass Effect 3 and Red Faction (yeah, I have a life, sue me!).
Aside from that, great game! Love how much more personality they injected in Dante and the world around him. Some of the characters are kinda boring and predictable, but a couple of twists are surprisingly effective.
Animations are way better than in the last installments too, you can feel the weapons bearing weight on every move Dante does, and gameplay sections are punctuated with little flavor cutscenes to show you the game cares just that much for the presentation.
Gotta compliment Ninja Theory for their presentation, btw -- they are so careful in that area! DmC really captured a movie-like feel for the game cutscenes. The art direction is beautiful, following street art motifs, and, even though the camera is not the best ever it tries to do a good job framing the action to make you look badass while you play.
Now I'm playing Dead Space 3 and drooling over Metal Gear Rising. 2013 is shaping up to be a good year for games.
Anyway, how are you guys doing?
Here's a little random friendo feature, btw. Game art this time:

lol vlw preciso de pinta mais
to ficando pra traz
agora to no dead space 3 tb
"SPAAAAAAAACEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!"
Me deu saudade dos sustos do primeiro jogo. -_-'
And yeah I do feel like it should've done better.
